We want you to love your enewton pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original enewton gift box and place it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for your records.
